Method 1 : Pension Status Check Online Karnataka Through DBT App
Follow the steps below to check the pension status online Karnataka using the government mobile application DBT.
STEP 1 : If you are not already using the DBT mobile application, you can download the application by using the provided links below. This application is essential to check the pension status online Karnataka.
If you are already a user of the DBT app, you can proceed directly to step 6.
STEP 2 : Click on “New User,” and enter your Aadhaar number, tick the declaration box, and then click on the “GET OTP”.
Please note that the OTP (One-Time Password) will be sent to the mobile number that is registered with your Aadhaar card. You cannot register for the DBT mobile app using any other mobile number(s) which are not linked to your Aadhaar.
STEP 3 : Enter the OTP received on your registered mobile number linked with your aadhar and then click on the “VERIFY OTP” button.
STEP 4 : Now, you need to create a 4-digit M-Pin or a secret pin. This secret pin will be required when you want to log in to the DBT mobile app next time. enter pin and Click on the “Submit” button.
STEP 5 : A new page will now appear, requesting you to enter your personal details, including your address. Complete the required fields, providing information such as your address and mobile number, and then click the “OK” button.
STEP 6 : Now, you will see the home page of the DBT app, as shown in the below image.
Select the “Payment Status” option.
STEP 7 : Now, you can view the names of the schemes and the pension you are receiving from the government. Since we are checking the pension status, click on the specific pension that you are receiving.
STEP 8 : That’s it! Now, you will see the entire transaction history of your pension scheme, including the pension amount transferred and the date it was transferred to your bank account linked with your adhaar.

Method 2 : Mahiti Kanaja Pension Status Check Online Karnataka Through @mahitikanaja.karnataka.gov.in
The second method is Pension Status Check through the Mahiti Kanaja portal, following the procedure outlined below.
STEP 1 : To Perform Mahiti Kanaja Pension Status Check, Visit the official Mahiti Kanaja portal (mahitikanaja.karnataka.gov.in) and type “Pension-Area wise” in the search bar. and then click on the search button after entering the service name.
STEP 2 : Now, select the area type based on your ration card details, select either rural or urban.
STEP 3 : Select your district, taluk, hobli or town and village or ward name from the drop down list and click on “submit” button.
STEP 4 : In the search bar, enter your name. Then, click on “Pension Details” if you wish to see the details of your pension application. OR else, click on “Pension Ledger” to view the status of your pension amount and the list of transactions.
